Situated across from Adelaide Uni, they focus largely on the Hawaiian delicacy of poke bowls, combining a choice of protein with a selection of fresh vegetables and sauces.

O.G Salmon
Refreshingly light, this combination of succulent sashimi salmon and fresh, quality produce was the definition of perfect simplicity. A base of rice, edamame beans, corn, carrot and red radish was well contrasted by the acidic pickled cabbage, the creamy crab salad, and the wonton crisps. Garnished with a generous sprinkling of furikake seasoning, tobiko and shredded nori, and drizzled with their O.G Pohkay Soy dressing, this bowl was delicious.

Flamin Salmon
Building on the same base ingredients as the previous bowl, the Flamin Salmon created a fiery flavour fusion through the addition of kim chi and jalapenos. Drizzled with spicy mayo and topped with furikake seasoning, Japanese 7 spice blend and chilli flakes, this option certainly packs a punch!

Shrimply the Best
Beautiful, fresh prawns combined with crab salad and avocado made for a beautifully rich, creamy bowl. Using similar base ingredients and garnishes to the previous bowls, this seafood inspired spread was complemented perfectly by the addition of their creamy mayo. A variety of contrasting textures, from creamy to crunchy, created a wonderfully unique flavour palate.

Cluck Norris
Beautifully tender sous vide chicken served with the same, fresh base ingredients, provided a light yet satiating bowl. Topped with sesame seeds, spring onion and a rich teriyaki mayo, this healthful bowl was as tasty as it was nourishing.

Vegetarian Tofu
Beautifully soft, silken tofu sat atop an abundance of fresh, vibrant vegetables made for a delicious vegetarian option. Accompanied by the addition of mushrooms and cucumber, and a light soy-based dressing, this offered the perfect, light meal.
