Last weekend, thousands of Adelaidians descended upon Morphettville Racecourse for the biggest congregation of Nutella-lovers in the world – Nutella Palooza!
Just in time for Easter, Nutella Palooza saw the celebration of all things chocolate-hazelnut goodness with delicious treats offered by a huge array of more than 55 food vendors.
Though we didn’t get to try all 400 variations of Nutella offered at the event, we dipped our hands into a few sweet ones, including Salted Nutella Fried Chicken from Kpop Chicken. Some other Nutella-themed surprises of the day included pizzas, waffle sticks, crepes, coffees, pastries, chips and more!
Supported by local businesses, Nutella Palooza featured a number of well-known South Australian brands such as 50SIXONE, Bracegirdles, and The Creperie Cart.
With live acoustic entertainment all day, an Easter egg hunt for the kids, and cooking demonstrations, there was certainly more than enough to do on the day but the number one hit would’ve had to have been the huge selection of fair rides on offer for all ages.
After a fun-filled (or Nutella-filled) day, we can’t wait to see what Nutella Palooza brings next year!
