At Cotto Espresso, it’s all about the satisfaction of the customers and creating a space which is welcoming and relaxing. Not only do they provide great ambience, stylish design and a convenient location, but it is all done with environmentally friendly materials and sustainable products. There is a focus on high quality ingredients and local produce. The coffee beans are certified and their own special coffee blend is used for year round consistency.

Cotto Espresso specialises in authentic Italian panini with a few modern twists on classic dishes. The menu is seasonal and caters for a range of tastes what ever time of the day. The food is handcrafted in a commercial kitchen in Woodville and is made using the freshest and finest ingredients. If you’re vegetarian or gluten free, they still have you covered.

The breakfast menu features a range of sweet and savoury options, while lunch is a bit more customised with the “Our Panini Your Way”. Just like a upmarket version of Subway, customers can select from a range of breads, meats, cheeses, salads and sauces. The ingredients are gourmet and it’s fun just to experiment with the possible combinations.

As I always say, no meal is complete without a bit of dessert. There’s a decent selection of delectable authentic Italian treats to choose from with the Cannoli being one of my favourites. After all that you can wash the food down with their comprehensive drinks list.

For today only, Cotto Espresso Castle Plaza are offering free coffee all day, free breakfast from 9am-11am, free panini from 11am-4pm and free sweets from 4pm-8pm.
