Rundle Place – Two New Eateries This October

Two new eateries will call Rundle Place home from late October, building Rundle Place’s reputation as a foodie hub.

Level One will welcome Hanok Korean BBQ and Jarni Vietnamese to sit alongside six established operators, including flagship tenants Doughballs and C9 Chocolate and Gelato.

Rundle Place Marketing Manager Stephanie Patelias says the diverse range will entrench Rundle Place as a food destination.

“Rundle Place Level One has evolved into a hub for tasty, satisfying food featuring varied Asian and European cuisines,” says Stephanie. “Welcoming Hanok and Jarni restaurants to the Rundle Place family gives more reason for people to stay and enjoy some of the city’s best food.”

Hanok will open its first South Australian restaurant following success on Australia’s East Coast, and feature grilled dishes to savour.

Jarni Vietnamese will present flavoursome meals under a casual dining experience, with refreshed concepts for the cuisine.

It builds on the diverse dining Rundle Place has built since the opening of well-loved establishments Doughballs and C9 on Level One.

Their pizza and gelato are hit choices for all ages and now complement the growing Asian influence on the upper floor, which also hosts Ajisen Ramen, David’s Master Hot Pot, Eastea and God Father Fried Chuan.

Rundle Place Level One is a complete precinct offering variety for discerning diners.

Hanok Korean BBQ and Jarni Vietnamese will open late October 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed.
