We are so glad, despite everything that’s been cancelled in 2020, Chilli Crab Shack from Sprout is actually on this year! One of the best and most exciting pop up shops in the Adelaide Central Market that we always look forward to.
Only two weekends with an extra Sunday on the 11th of October due to popular demand. They have had people lining up all weekend since this past Friday and it’s no coincidence that the market stayed open until 8pm last night so people could make the most out of the lovely spring weather while enjoying their Singaporean inspired Chilli Crab. Prepared with noodles, this dish is cooked to perfection by the talented students of Sprout Cooking classes under the supervision of the Sprout Director, Callum Hann, previously featured in the top 4 of Masterchef candidates in 2020. Rumour has it, they have pre ordered more than 800 blue swimmer crabs!
