This Friday, 31st of May, Antica Pizzeria E Cucina will debut its new winter menu, just in time for the cooler months. With authentic Italian flavours and re-envisioned interpretations of old favourites, the new food offerings are set to be a staple in every Adelaide foodies’ winter experience.
Antica’s new menu is launching at both its Hyde Park and CBD locations, and will be available to diners throughout winter.
Antica Pizzeria E Cucina Owner, Anthony Crea, says, “The dishes we have created for Antica’s new menu are synonymous with everything South Australians love about winter. Nothing denotes an Adelaide winter like a glass of local red wine, and beautiful, hearty Italian food made with fresh produce and lots of love, from our family to yours.”
Notable additions to Antica’s menu include Saffron and Parmesan Risotto with slow-cooked veal ossobuco, and Gnocchi Di Zucca Con Porcini, with pumpkin infused gnocchi, fresh porcini mushroom, butter, sage, pecorino and truffle cream.
Anthony Crea, says, “At Antica, we’re renowned for our delicious authentic pizza. This season, we wanted to introduce something extra special to our wood oven and are proud to show off an exciting new pizza flavour – the Monella – topped with generous amounts of salami piccante, fior di latte, blue cheese & rocket.”
For indecisive eaters or those wanting to indulge in the full Antica experience, the menu also offers two new banquet-style options. Guests can choose to dine for $49pp ‘At Mamma’s House’ or $59pp ‘At Nonna’s House,’ and receive the Chef’s selection of menu highlights, ideal for date night, birthdays and corporate events.
The new winter menu from Antica Pizzeria E Cucina, which features new pastas, entrees and main dishes, can be enjoyed both dine-in and take-away; Tuesday – Sunday at the Hyde Park restaurant, and Tuesday – Saturday in the CBD. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are also available.
