It’s about time Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. arrived in Adelaide. The business started in 2014 in Noosa and already has sixteen stores across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant can seat approximately 150, and the well thought out decor will make you feel like you’re at the beach.
Their best seller consists of a juicy Angus beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion and old English cheese wedged between two brioche buns. The game changer is Betty’s special sauce which contains a variety of signature herbs and spices.
Move over KFC! This is the best chicken burger ever! Between two brioche buns is a crispy chicken fillet surrounded by lettuce and tomato. Again, Betty’s special sauce makes it even more tasty.
For those that want a different protein, Pork Belly is an option! This Asian inspired burger has crispy pork belly, lettuce, tomato, kimchi and a dash of Sriracha mayo.
For those that want a bit more with their Betty’s Classic. All the same fillings that you would get with the classic with the inclusion of a crispy rasher of bacon.
Concretes are rich and creamy frozen custard that come in an assortment of flavours like Peanut Butter Brittle, Cookie Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut Donut, Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake and Almond Toffee Marshmallow. You can even create your own concrete with a variety of sweet treats.
Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. is open 11am–10pm Sunday to Thursday, and 11am–11pm Fridays and Saturdays.
