Gami – New K Street Menu

Gami Chicken is turning up the flavour with its new K-Street menu, capturing the energy and taste of Korea’s lively street markets inside its restaurants around the country. The new menu brings bold, authentic flavours together with Gami’s signature relaxed atmosphere, offering dishes made for sharing, snacking or pairing with an ice-cold beer.

The new K-Street menu offers street food appetizers, similar to what you would find in the markets in Korea including Cupbap, an affordable, on-the-go option that delivers on flavour and value, Seoul Tteok Bokki, K-Street Army Stew, and the Gami Platter of crispy fried chicken for which Gami is renown for. Each dish features quality local ingredients and a fresh take on traditional flavours.

As more Australians keep a close eye on spending, Gami’s K-Street dishes hit the mark with meals that are full of flavour and easy on the budget. It’s the kind of offering that works just as well for a quick midweek dinner as it does for a relaxed lunch with friends.

“For us, adding new menu items is about giving people something they cannot find anywhere else. With people watching their wallets and seeking convenient meals, Gami is positioned  as a modern Korean dining destination, meeting our consumer’s preferences with authentic, flavoursome Korean cuisine at good value prices,” says Jun Lee, Executive Director of Gami. “The K-Street menu brings the fun and social feel of Korean street food into our restaurants. We want diners to come in, try something new and leave already planning their next visit.”

The launch of the new menu comes at a time when there’s an increasing demand for Korean cuisine in Australia. Fuelled by the global phenomenon of K-pop, Korean dramas, and the cultural wave known as Hallyu, this love of Korean foods has certainly helped Gami’s growth.  “The continued rise of K-culture in Australia has created a wonderful platform for us to introduce our offering to mainstream markets. We aim to make quality Korean food accessible, convenient, and a favourite of every household,” says Lee.

Providing consumers with a healthier, wider taste of Korea, Gami’s new menu joins favourite dishes comprising of healthy and balanced Korean-inspired dishes, including Cupbab, Bibimbap, Gochujang Chicken, and Chicken Skewer Plate. Designed to align with modern dietary preferences while preserving authentic Korean flavours and traditions, the new menu additions will resonate with health-conscious diners.
