Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend 2025

From 2 to 25 May 2025, South Australia’s Clare Valley is set to shine with a month of flavour, colour, and community spirit — kicking off with a special Tasting Australia event and rolling into the region’s iconic Clare Valley Gourmet Week.

Clare Valley Gourmet Week, Australia’s longest-running regional food and wine festival, returns from 16 to 25 May 2025, with more than 10 days of immersive tastings, winery events, and long lunches in one of the country’s most picturesque wine regions.

This year introduces a significant new highlight: the Gourmet Bus Trails, offering a curated, ticketed tour to four premium venues—including wine, food, and transport—for just $195 per person.

But the celebration begins even earlier. On Friday, 2 May, the Clare Valley Wine & Grape Association will present A Taste of Something a Little Different as part of Tasting Australia. Held at Adelaide Town Hall, this bold and playful evening will feature ten Clare Valley winemakers, native-inspired canapés from Pauletts’ Bush DeVine Restaurant, and the attendance of The Honourable Clare Scriven MLC, Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, and The Honourable Zoe Bettison MP, Minister for Tourism — recognising the significance of regional wine, food, and events to South Australia’s identity and economy.

“This year’s program is bursting with energy and flavour — and we’re thrilled to invite South Australians and visitors alike to experience it,” said Cherry Stowman, Marketing & Events Manager for Clare Valley Wine & Grape Association.

“We’d love the media’s support in sharing the excitement — and would be delighted to welcome you as our guest.”
