Our restaurant is a true reflection of the diverse Asian backgrounds of their owners (who also own the popular Gin Long Canteen), and it’s evident in our selection of soup bases. We’re bringing you eight exquisite soup bases inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of Southeast Asia. From the aromatic Thai Tom Yum to the soothing Malaysian Laksa, their soup bases offer a taste of Asia’s finest flavors.

The Szechuan Sensation

While we celebrate the diverse flavors of Southeast Asia, we also pay homage to hotpot’s roots with an authentic Szechuan broth. What sets us apart is our commitment to authenticity. One of their skilled chefs spent a year in China, honing the art of Szechuan cooking, ensuring that their Szechuan broth is as close to the real deal as you can get outside of Szechuan itself.
