We had the pleasure of indulging in the exquisite Polpette Di Carne. The homemade pork and veal meatballs were a revelation, tender and succulent with a perfect blend of flavours. The slow cooking in a rich tomato sauce allowed the meatballs to absorb the savoury essence, resulting in a dish that was both comforting and satisfying. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, with the robust tomato sauce perfectly complementing the delicate meat.

Our taste buds were treated to an absolute delight when we savoured the Salt and Pepper Squid. The tender squid, delicately dusted in seasoned flour, was cooked to perfection, boasting a delightful crispy exterior while maintaining its succulent texture inside. The balance of flavours was impeccable, with just the right amount of salt and pepper enhancing the natural taste of the squid. Accompanied by a generous serving of golden chips and a refreshing salad, this dish provided a satisfying harmony of textures and flavours.

The Risotto Al Pollo was an absolute delight for our hunger pains. The combination of tender free-range chicken, earthy mushrooms, vibrant spring onions, and aromatic garlic immersed in a creamy sauce created a symphony of flavours. The risotto itself was cooked to perfection, with each grain retaining a satisfying bite while still being luxuriously creamy. The well-balanced cream sauce added a velvety richness to the dish without overpowering the delicate flavours of the chicken and mushrooms. It was a harmonious blend that left us craving for more.

The Belmondo pizza was an absolute taste sensation. The perfect combination of flavours and ingredients made each bite a true delight. The tangy tomato sauce and melty cheese formed a delicious base, complemented by the succulent prawns, savoury anchovies, earthy mushrooms, crispy bacon, and briny olives. The wood-fired oven imparted a delightful smoky flavour and created a nicely thin, crispy crust that provided a satisfying contrast to the toppings. Every ingredient was thoughtfully chosen and expertly balanced, resulting in a pizza that was bursting with flavour and left me craving for more.

The Gamberi Genovese dish left a lasting impression on our palate. The prawns were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the white wine sauce added a delightful depth of flavour. The addition of bacon brought a smoky richness that beautifully complemented the freshness of the tomatoes. Served alongside a bed of perfectly cooked rice and a refreshing side salad, this dish provided a well-rounded and satisfying meal. The combination of flavours was harmonious, and the meticulous attention to detail in the cooking process was evident.

Our taste buds were transported to Italian culinary heaven when we indulged in the homemade Cannelloni. The delicate pasta tubes, generously filled with a heavenly mixture of ricotta cheese and spinach, were a symphony of flavours and textures. Each bite revealed a perfect balance between the creamy ricotta, the earthy spinach, and the tender pasta. Topped with a luscious napoletana sauce, every mouthful was a burst of rich tomato goodness that enhanced the overall experience.

The Spaghetti Marinara was a seafood lover’s dream come true. The al dente spaghetti pasta were perfectly coated in a flavorful tomato sauce that showcased the freshness of the ocean. Each forkful was a delightful medley of tender prawns, succulent squid, and plump mussels, all cooked to perfection and bursting with the natural flavours of the sea.
