At Adelaide Food Central, we really love Korean food and if anything is lacking in this beautiful city of ours, it’s Korean BBQ.
Introducing K-BabyQ, a brand new, modern and fun place to satisfy your Korean BBQ cravings. Located in the heart of The Parade, the fit out of this light and airy restaurant was conceptualised by Faculty Design. It seats 80 with low hanging light fittings and a combination of table and bench seating.
At K-BabyQ, it’s about using the highest quality ingredients and offering them at a reasonable price. Customers can start off their meal with a selection of Korean rice cakes or house made dumplings. One that instantly caught our eye was the “Wagyu and Foie Gras” dumplings, as it’s such a unique offering.
The restaurant sources their beef and pork from Australia’s most award winning meat suppliers. Their Wagyu beef is sourced from the South Australian Mayura Station and the award winning Stone Axe Full Blood Wagyu. The Angus Beef is from the local 36 Degrees South and the Prime Pork is from Loukoumi.
Customers have the choice of choosing their cut of protein or if undecided, selecting one of the BBQ Sets (available for two or four people). There’s also a selection of extras to enhance the experience. Once that’s done, it’s just a matter of firing up the stone gas grill and cooking the meat to your satisfaction.
K-BabyQ is open Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from 5:30pm-10pm, and Thursday to Saturday from 5:30pm to midnight.
