Siberia – Brunch

Breakfast is a nice idea but honestly who wants to be getting up that early. For those of you who want a bit of a longer sleep in but don’t want to miss out on breakfast, Brunch is your best option. The folks at Siberia have caught on to the community’s desire to sleep in and have made a few changes to their Breakfast menu to convert it to a Brunch menu.

What are those changes? Well honestly not a huge amount. Brunch is just an excuse to have Breakfast later in the day. You can still have your Pancakes with Maple Syrup or Wild Berries and Chantilly Cream. Eggs in a number of varieties are still on the menu though I would recommend the Eggs The Lot with Grilled Sausages, Leg Ham, Prosciutto, Mushrooms, Spinach, Grilled Tomatoes, Eggs (prepared your way) and toasted sourdough. Eggs The Lot is the quintessential Brunch dish. It has everything you could possibly want for Breakfast but more than enough content to see you content throughout the day. Eggs the Lot is the total package Brunch dish.

There’s one more menu item which think could take the title of ‘The Brunch” dish and I should know because I named it. That is The Siby (sigh-bee), a burger that is all things brunch. The Siby is Rosti, Bacon, Poached Eggs, Portobello Mushrooms, Rocket and Lettuce with a helping of Spicy Aioli sauce in two buns. This is the burger you need when you wake up late in the day and you need something that is ultimately satisfying. Its filling, it’s delicious, the egg is gooey and the bacon is crunchy. This is Brunch, this is your 11am Breakfast.

Siberia are always looking to make tweaks to their menu and get better with each passing day. The Brunch menu is a fresh idea so watch this space to see what other marvels the artisans at Siberia manage to conjure.
