Deep fried, marinated chicken served with creamy mayonnaise made for a dish that was both flavourfully and texturally complementary. Succulent and crispy all at once, this dish was simple yet dangerously moreish.
Crab Cream Korokke
A rich, velvety filling of crab, corn and onion encapsulated in a perfectly crisp fried outer shell, was the perfect flavour combination. Subtly seasoned yet texturally unique, these crab croquettes were simply divine.
Vegetable Tempura
Deep fried pumpkin, sweet potato, green bean, broccoli and carrot in a tempura batter was another great vegetarian option. Served with sesame oil for additional flavour, this basic combination of elements was surprisingly tasty.
Coleslaw Salad
