Prospect Road is well and truly getting the refresh it promised Adelaidians and this not only means new restaurants popping up, but also exciting relaunches of our favourites including Cotto Prospect!

We were invited to Cotto Prospect’s official relaunch earlier this week and what a party it was!

After months of renovations, Cotto Prospect is now decked out with warm wooden furnishings, modern lighting installations, and plant features, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The seating is comfortable and nicely spread out, catering to a wide range of customers.

The menu has been updated with a tonne of new additions including an interesting Smoked Salmon & Cherry Tomato Activated Charcoal dish as well as our personal favourite, Mushroom, Béchamel Sauce, Fennel & Enoki Sourdough.

While still serving up the coffee they’re well-known for, Cotto now also does Cold Brew Tea in some interesting flavours including Beetroot & Berries.

The delicious food on top of the convenient location, and friendly staff makes Cotto Prospect the perfect destination for your next brunch session!

Cotto Prospect is located on Prospect Road and is open from 7am til 5pm Monday to Saturday and 8am til 5pm Sundays.
