Gather and Graze by Bre

If you’ve recently been to an event, whether it was an engagement party, company social or something of a larger scale like the Mercedes Benz Long Lunch as part of the Adelaide Fashion Festival, you would have come across one of Bre’s incredible bespoke grazing table creations. Each one of the creations are unique and tailored to fit perfectly into the event and its venue, all whilst showcasing carefully sourced seasonal, fresh and gourmet produce from local SA businesses.

Now, Gather and Graze by Bre has a brick and mortar home on King William Road in Unley. While the catering component remains a huge part of the business, the new coffee spot, eatery and pantry has an exciting new menu of sweet and savour breakfast and lunch dishes.

There is something for everyone, and as you make your way down the list of options you will be thrilled to find a good variety, even if any intolerances or dietary requirements are a concern. There is a Gluten Free Option (GFO) for the Breakfast Platter of bacon, fried egg, truss tomatoes, chevap, avo, mushrooms and ciabatta, the Beetroot Carpaccio with baby burrata with crostini and herbs, and Gnocchi of sweet potato with garlic sage utter and romanesco broccoli also come in GFO. The Avo & Vegemite and Fun-ghi are Vegan and also GFO, and the Chickpea Waffles are Gluten Free. If you’re lucky enough to be able to pick anything the Waffled Raisin Toast or Lobster Roll are available.

Of course the perks of being an eatery and pantry also means you can order one of Bre’s platters with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie and fruit that changes seasonally, without having to wait for the next event or party.

We would like to thank Bre and her lovely crew for inviting us to today’s launch and are looking forward to pop in again for coffee and breakfast at this unique new spot.
