There is a new food and wine destination in Brighton, and it may well be en route to, or from work. Tactical!
Ruggy’s Food and Wine has opened on Brighton Road within the Cellarbrations bottle shop, amongst the new-look Brighton Central mall! The recently expanded and refurbished Foodland and variety of specialty shops is a destination for convenience, choice and quality.
Ruggy’s open at 7 am most days, offering Coffee By The Bean espresso styled coffee. You can grab a quick bite to eat for the commute to work or sit back in the lounge-style seating and enjoy at your own pace.
Thanks to the international award-winning chef and Holdfast Bay local, Amanda Edwards and the team at Sublime Catering, the Ruggy’s menu is one not to be missed! Offering a delicious line up of panini’s, fresh salads, bacon foccacias, cakes and slices with a focus on fresh, seasonal and delicious! Really, you cant go wrong!
The great thing about Ruggy’s is you can pop in on your way home, grab a bottle of wine for dinner (to accompany dinner) and also meet a friend for a glass of wine and cheese board! Now that’s my kind of bottle shop!
This really is only the beginning of the Ruggy’s journey. Beer and wine tasting, an evening tapas menu, extended hours, function opportunities and so much more are in the pipeline!
The family behind the brand are passionate and are excited to share their knowledge on local wines, bearded brewers, local and seasonal foods, South Aussie producers and their community!
If its to work, or from work, make sure you stop in and see what Ruggy’s has to offer!
