Link 4 is Adelaide’s newest e-invoicing company, promising to make invoicing for companies quicker and easier than ever before.
Partnered with Renew Adelaide, Link 4 launched the venue of their new office located on Waymouth Street, last Thursday.
Link 4, own and run by Co-founders Sam Hassan and Robin Sans, started the company at the end of 2005 and has never been prouder of their achievement.
They are all about helping small businesses save time on inputting invoices, so they can then spend that time with their families.
E-invoicing electronically with Link 4 is not receiving emails or PDF’s; it is about having the invoice details sent straight into the system, cutting out manual input and saving time for both clients and suppliers.
CEO and Co-founders Sam Hassan and Robin Sans, express their support of small family businesses.
“We created [Link 4] because it is more efficient. We are big supporters of family and small businesses and that’s two of the reasons why we started the company in the beginning.
“We generally want to help small businesses to cut their costs and increase their cash flow; and for suppliers, they have less reasons to follow up outstanding invoices, as their documents get sent straight into the customer’s system, quickly and accurately”, Robin Sans said.
Usually small businesses have to spend hours invoicing after working hours, and usually late at night too which can sometimes lead to mistakes; thus Link 4 have come up with a fast and efficient solution to cut these mistakes and give that overtime back to families.
“We always promise you that Link 4 will be a unique solution and will always be in the front of that space worldwide.
“It is [also] a very easy solution, you don’t have to be very tech savvy to use it”, Sam Hassan said.
“We have met with small businesses like small cafes and restaurants and they said we receive at least two to three hundred invoices per month and they have to do this after working hours
“But if you are using solutions like Link 4, they can save that time and enjoy it with the family”, Robin Sans said.
The new venue is in a prime location, situates in the heart of the city.
The space is cosy but bright and open, with the back wall holding a large window to let natural light in and to showcase lovely views of Adelaide.
“This space should see us do quite well to launch our global operations from and be able to be situated here for this year”, Robin Sans said.
Link 4 even has plans of expanding their company to New Zealand and the UK by the end of the year.
With a wonderful drive behind the company Link 4 is a quick and efficient way to complete your invoicing; saving precious time for those who are working overtime trying to sort out all the annoying paperwork.
“Sam and I are about helping businesses and it might be something a bit different for you but it will help you and we will be happy to work with you to make that work
“We are having people sign up everyday […] and we are just glad to see that’s just a constant thing for us everyday now, so we are thrilled to see how the business is going
“Things have really picked up in recent months and this year is going to be a blockbuster year for e-invoicing.” Robin Sans said.
So why not switch over to Link 4 today to make your business invoicing a lot more efficient and save that precious time to spend with your family.
