Digital Noir – The Bootleggers BBQ

I’m starting to see a new trend here, the opening of uber cool, warehouse type, open office spaces; it really is a sign of the times I think.

On Friday night I attended the launch of Digital Noir’s new website, whose office space is located in the super cool, Wotso Workspace, located at Flinders Street in the city.

Firstly a bit of back ground on Wotso; my first impression after walking in, is that it has a look and feel of somewhere like the Google head office in San Fran. Think super cool, open plan, forward thinking design, trendy café culture workplace. The space is a central hub bursting with new upcoming and exciting businesses; this is no ordinary working space!

Wotso is the fastest growing provider in the country for collaborative working spaces, with multiple sites across Australia. From Coworking to meeting rooms, event spaces and serviced office’s, Wotso is a leader in practical short-term accommodation for new and growing businesses and individuals. A seriously cool concept.

Now getting back to the launch. I loved everything about it. It’s a great setting, and were treated to great wine and catering on the night; this was the perfect Friday night wind down after work. It was also great to meet Digital Noir Director Sam Davies and hear a little bit more about the business.

Digital Noir is a Digital Media Studio, who specialises in creating websites, which they believe will convert casual browsers into valued customers. They help develop your app idea all the way from paper, right through to the app store (and hopefully the bank). They also provide a whole range of stunning Graphic Design, Photography, Social Media and SEO services.

Sam has put together a local handpicked team of what he feels is the best and brightest in the business, I certainly know where I will be heading for future digital media advice or assistance.

Digital Noir can be found out on Facebook and on Instagram.
