On Friday night Adelaide Food Central was invited to ‘The Australian Premium China Yearbook 2018 Tasting’. Hosted by Tomich Wines and held at the National Wine Centre, the night was a huge success.
This event showcased the top 100 wines for the Chinese palates. It gave us the opportunity to sample over 300 of the best product before the winning wines were published.
The wines will be judged by international industry leaders and under the supervision of WinEvaluator’s chairman Mr Pan. The judges usually have a complementary background and often have knowledge in marketing and consumer preferences. Most judges also have expertise with large Australian wine shows.
Wine makers from top Australian wineries were gathered at the event with names such as Tomich Wines, Leabrook Estate, Singleback, Howard Park Wineyards, Andrew Peace Wines and many more.
