For a long time now, Judy Forbes, the owner of Once & Again had a dream about owning a book cafe. She wanted to create a multi-purpose place where people felt comfortable, welcome, could have a cup of coffee and browse through books. It’s a place that also takes the suspended coffee concept one step further by allowing people to pay for meals as well as coffee. It’s essentially a place where people can come once and again and again.

The new Once & Again book cafe has allowed Judy to change direction in her life. She’s been able to capture the attention of coffee drinkers, readers, media and all sorts of personalities. More importantly, it’s a place where people can go who can’t afford a meal or cup of coffee, and a place for those who are generous enough to donate. Judy has remained determined, passionate and focused with self belief that she could pull it off and start a whole new adventure. She certainly has with the opening of the new book cafe.
