Adelaide’s suburbs have been all the richer with Lucky’s Beach Club, which celebrates 10 years with its 2025/26 season launch on Friday, 14th November 2025.
From pop-up activation to fully fledged suburban hotspot, the club has much to celebrate in 2025 with new additions to the club program.
Maid and Magpie General Manager, Brad Francis, says bringing coastal energy to Stepney started as a small idea.
“We love what Lucky’s has become to its regulars – a fun, beachy space to enjoy drinks and have good times,” says Brad. “It’s now one of South Australia’s most iconic summer destinations as we continue to innovate in food, drink, and entertainment.”
In 2025, Lucky’s Beach Club will have an open-air pizza oven on the beach for the first time with house creations, matching the Maid & Magpie pub menu. Beverage partners include Balter Cerveza, The Whispering Angel Rosé, Belvedere Vodka, Red Bull, and Hard Fizz.
With recent operational changes, Maid & Magpie is now operating seven days a week, and sports on Foxtel have returned to the venue screens for those looking to enjoy a day out cheering their team on, with event bookings available Monday to Thursday at Lucky’s. Booth packages are available for groups wanting to organise a special outing.
Entertainment will also expand across 2025/26 with a variety of local, national and international DJ acts and ticketed signature events for the first time. With headliners to feature on special events for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Australia Day Eve and Australia Day, and Valentine’s Day.
Friday’s launch night, powered by Hard Fizz, welcomes headliner, Richy Penny, the Sydney-born international DJ whose sound was shaped in the golden era of Kings Cross nightlife, is known for his infectious energy and deep connection to the dance floor. Richy has played alongside heavyweights like FISHER, Nic Fanciulli, Kaz James, Rufus Du Sol, Set Mo, Bag Raiders,
Little Fritter, and Cut Snake and will play at Luckys Beach Club from 7pm.
