Spring is in the air and one of Adelaide’s biggest spring carnival events is right around the corner, Caulfield Cup Day.

Celebrate in style at Morphettville Racecourse on Saturday October 19 with oncourse racing action throughout the day and the Caulfield Cup streamed live from Caulfield Racecourse on the big screen.

“There is plenty on offer for spectators as they gather to celebrate one of the country’s most sought-after races. This year we’re turning on a big day filled with entertainment and exciting pop-up activations for punters to enjoy at this key racing date on the AAMI Spring Carnival calendar,” says Morphettville Racecourse Marketing Manager, Luke Schapel.

Caulfield Cup Day is the Ladies Day of the Spring Carnival, and racegoers will experience an abundance of colour, style, hospitality and fun trackside. To celebrate, Morphettville will be hosting complimentary drinks for the ladies on the Champagne Lawns for an hour from 11am.

Ladies Day is internationally renowned at racetracks around the world and what better place to enjoy all the fun of spring racing than this year’s G.H. Mumm Deck. The premium package includes entry into the racecourse and onto the three-tiered platform boasting a spectacular trackside experience. Enjoy bespoke cocktails and afternoon cheese platters, flowing beverages and betting facilities, as well as a Piccolo of G.H Mumm on arrival.

The first 100 people who purchase a ticket to the G.H. Mumm Deck will receive a complimentary goodie bag, plus go in the draw for a chance to win a Willow Bay Australia prize pack. Place your bets and get that “gram-worthy” pic at the Aloha Photobooth or take your snaps at the incredible photo wall created by local artist Sam Brooks.

“There will be more trackside action than ever before this Caulfield Cup Day. We have even engaged a tarot reader for a bit of light-hearted fun, with the reader providing free five-minute readings for spectators from 11am until 3pm!” says Morphettville Racecourse Marketing Manager, Luke Schapel.

Petar Prodanovic will also be trackside doing live fashion sketches and Boss Babes will host a ‘touch-up’ station with hair and makeup touch-ups from 11am until 4pm, with lipstick and make up products available for purchase.
