Spoilt with a beautiful 3 tier, Insta worthy platter you will be delighted with the delicate sweets and savoury items including:

Tier 1

• Assorted French macarons
• Mini cones with chocolate ganache, Vietnamese coffee mousse
• Lemon curd jelly, raspberry and meringue

Tier 2

• Soft shell crab squid ink brioche spider sliders
• Crispy noodles with confit duck, watermelon and duck liver pate

Tier 3

• Seared Tuna with Nam Jim, Asian slaw, sesame noodle crisps
• Masterstock braised chicken Bao with mango, yuzu koshu mayo, pickled banana bloom and chilli

Let’s talk savoury. The seared tuna was to die for! Melt-in-your-mouth tuna, crispy sesame seeds and crushed crispy noodles sprinkled over the top plus a fresh chilli heat and sticky Nam Jim sauce. Great texture contrast and overall flavour!

The crispy noodles and confit duck dish was visually appealing! A nest of crispy noodles enclosed with rich duck pate, bursts of watermelon and fresh micro herbs balanced on top. Little messy to eat, but well worth the food juggle.

We’d be happy to eat 3, 4 or 5 of the mini chocolate ganache, Vietnamese coffee mousse filled cones! Topped with pistachios and edible flowers. delicate, flavoursome and definitely the dessert winner of the platter.

As you work your way through the tiers of deliciousness, sip away at the Hendricks Gin Tea, infused with rose petals, cucumber and oolong tea. A delicious twist and accompaniment to the French Vietnamese high tea menu.

I will certainly be recommending this to my ladies and look forward to glam afternoons with Tea, sweets, spicy savouries and good conversation.
