Have you ever thought about what a children’s show hosted by a self-confessed child-hater would be like? If you’re looking for something to entertain the kids (and not bore you), don’t look past Paul Dabek’s I Hate Children Children’s Show – a rock and roll spectacular bound to have even parents and the quietest of teens in tears of laughter!
Of course, winner of the ‘Best Magic Show’ for his adult show at the Fringe last year, Paul also had to nab the ‘Best Children’s Show’ award as well. And for good reason too!
Not your typical children’s show, Paul makes this very clear from the beginning, encouraging alcohol consumption (by the parents, of course!) during the performance.
Throughout the show, Paul will have even mums and dads up and grooving to his catchy (and strangely relatable) tunes.
Make sure to mentally prepare your kids ahead of time though, as Paul scours the audience for would-be little assistants throughout the performance, and hopping up on stage might not end quite the way the kids expect but will definitely leave their parents in stitches!
For a hilarious and fun-filled afternoon for the whole family, don’t miss this song-and-dance, magic, and comedy extravaganza!
The I Hate Children Children’s Show will be on until the end of the Fringe season so purchase your tickets online here.
