Coal Cellar + Grill – Winter Food and Wine Series – Beef and Barossa

Following on from the success of June’s Winter Food and Wine Series menu, Coal Cellar + Grill is excited to launch July’s exclusive menu – Beef and Barossa.

This month’s menu will feature the extremely rare 9+ marble score full blood Wagyu beef.

Over the past two years, Coal Cellar + Grill has excelled in becoming the state’s premier grill destination with the Winter Food and Wine Series an extension of the premium menu on offer.

The Winter Food and Wine Series is designed for lovers of meat and wine and is a perfect excuse to keep warm in the cooler months. July will see succulent beef cuts all perfectly complemented with a selection of celebrated Barossa shiraz.

The Barossa wines featured this month include a 2014 Torbreck ‘Woodcutters’, a 2013 Penfolds Bin 150 ‘Maranaga’ and a 2010 Fox Gordon ‘Hannah’s Swing’ – all designed to perfectly accompany the beef choices for July.

Series two of Coal Cellar + Grill’s Winter Food and Wine will begin TOMORROW July 1, and run for the month of July before the final series in August which will showcase Ribs and Rockford.
