Burger Republic – Hyde Park – New Breakfast Menu

Hyde Park’s very own Burger Republic has officially launched its Breakfast Menu for winter. Playfully called ‘Brekkie Republic’, the new menu is available on Saturday and Sundays from 8.30am – 11.30am and boasts items such as the ‘Hangover Cure’ and the ‘Brekkie Stack’.

Adelaide Food Central was lucky enough to try seven of the delicious breakfast offerings that range from $14 to $16, alongside extras, juices and coffees.

Order’s Up! Let’s check out these amazing brekkie meals.

Huevos Rancheros – These Tortillas are topped with Black Beans, Pico de Gallo, Creamy Avocado, Chipotle Cream and Sunny Side Eggs, perfect to munch on before your midday siesta.

Cubano Benedict – Deli Ham, Swiss Cheese, Poached Eggs, Dijon Hollandaise and 12 Hour Slow Cooked Pork (that has been haunting my dreams from deliciousness) all piled into a Brioche Roll. The smoky flavours of the meat carries through the entire meal making it the perfect combo any pulled pork or burger lover should jump right into.

Hangover Cure – All I can say is that I wish I had this burger in my life every Sunday morning for the past 5 years. Newberry and Watson Short Cut Smoked Bacon, a Sausage Meat Patty, Hash Brown, two Sunny Side Up Eggs and Smoky BBQ Sauce on a Brioche Roll makes for a burger you’d want to crawl up inside with a Powerade and nap peacefully all day long.

Spanish Tortilla – Pan Fried Cubed Potato Omelette topped with Shredded Manchego Cheese served with Sourdough Toast makes for a hearty meal that will fill the stomach of any breakfast enthusiast. Tip: Add the Jammon Serrano Ham to this one; it’s a salty, crunchy Ham that I’d gladly live off for the rest of my life.

Brekkie Stack – One for the Instagram connoisseur. This vegetarian friendly stack piles Grilled Haloumi, Roasted Tomato and a Poached Egg over a Panko Crumbed Mushroom. The slight saltiness of the haloumi balances well with the crunchy, juicy and flavourful mushroom for an overall excellently curated brekkie meal.

Chicken and Waffle – BEWARE this meal is absolutely incredible and you’ll never be able to merge back into reality after consuming this life-changing sweet and savoury breakfast food. Soft American Style Southern Fried Chicken Tenders with Belgian Style Waffles and Canadian Maple Syrup. Nick Offerman would approve.

Sweet Tooth Waffle – For a lot of us our sweet tooth swells rapidly on the weekend and points us to the nearest and most decadent meals. Belgian Style Waffles with Vanilla Ice-Cream, Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries are the ultimate way to go for your sweet fix. Tip: Add the Butterscotch Sauce, it doesn’t disappoint!

The new Brekkie Republic menu offers such a diverse range of breakfast meals it’s sure to be a home run with all of the perky morning people in your life. Come and check our Burger Republics Breakfast Menu ASAP, and don’t forget to pair your perfect meal with an orange juice, or a range of coffees available.

The new breakfast menu is available every weekend from 8:30am-11:30am.
