Looking for a cheap eat down Rundle Street, I couldn’t help noticing the $9.90 lunch specials that Rundle Spices has on offer for all their noodle and rice dishes. Located towards the eastern end of Rundle Street, this little cafe offers a fusion of Chinese and Thai dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is excellent.
Today, I ordered the Pad Thai. The meal came out 10 minutes after ordering and the dish was nicely presented. The serving size was generous and the meal itself was delicious. The noodles were well cooked. The prawn and chicken were perfectly cooked. The vegetables were fresh. The crunchiness of the peanuts and bean sprouts were awesome.

I didn’t mind this place too much and found my meal quite enjoyable. Not the best meal I’ve ever had, but for their lunchtime specials, who am I to complain?
