Kambei is a small little Japanese takeaway store offers all your usual sushi offerings and a whole lot more. I was actually amazed at the number of dishes available.

On this occasion, I decided to try their Japanese Beef Curry. It was not what I was expecting and I was disappointed. I thought they were very conservative with the quantity of beef and what was actually there was overcooked and fatty. There was way too much rice and I was scratching my head as to why they called it a curry. I didn’t see any curry sauce!

The staff were friendly and the meals were served promptly, but with that being said, I probably won’t be back.
