McLaren Vale’s Spring Affair Festival, to be held on the October Long Weekend (October 1st, 2017) is on again showcasing three of the Vale’s spectacular wineries – Coriole Vineyards, Maxwell and Paxton Wines.
The food, wine and music festival, now in its fourth year, celebrates the bud burst of spring and enjoying the sunshine with friends.
A line up of live music across the venues, freshly prepared regional produce, and plenty of the Vale’s best wines will be on offer.
On Sunday 1st October, festival-goers have the choice of joining an organised tour (through local venues, listed below), visiting the three wineries in their own vehicle, or spending all day at one venue.
“Spring in McLaren Vale is such a wonderful time of year – and the October long weekend is the perfect time to celebrate the new season,” explains Spring Affair’s Velvet Oakes.
“Welcoming friends to our winery to enjoy our wine and local South Australian food is what we love to do. This year’s event has seen record early ticket sales, and we’re encouraging people to buy their tickets now so they are able to plan their preferred itinerary!”
