Coinciding with the launch of Tasting Australia 2017, Taste Glynde & Co was held at the rear of the Robern Menz factory. The event showcases Glynde as South Australia’s unique food manufacturing destination with both Norwood and Stepney precincts joining the food festivities this year. Taste Glynde & Co provided the opportunity for people to discover and meet local food businesses, producers and manufacturers, enjoy food and wine samples, and be treated to live cooking demonstrations.
Within the event was a ticketed Tasting Room hosted by businesses from the popular new Eastside Wine & Ale Trail initiative which launched in February 2017. Adelaide Food Central was invited along to the Tidswell Wine session where we got to sample some of their delicious drops.
With new wine makers and food businesses in the area coming on board, you can be sure that Taste Glynde & Co will get better and better every year. Adelaide Food Central would like to thank the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters for having us along. We look forward to next year!
