Cibo Glenelg is located on Moseley Square, right in the heart of all the action. Better known for their coffee, they also have a selection of savoury and sweet items on their menu. For lunch, I ordered the Piadina Capocollo which is a grilled flatbread with ham, cheese and spinach. The ingredients are so simple and yet so delicious. The flat bread was lightly browned and crispy in texture. The melted mozzarella cheese was well infused into the lightly salted capocollo and crisp rocket. A light and delicious treat in anyone’s language and all for under $10.
