Not much goes into the naming of places these days with the new Market Street store located on, you guessed it, Market Street. Replacing the former Wilson Organics store, Market Street offers a little bit of everything. A majority of their products are freshly baked or made in house, which includes a selection of sweets created by their patisserie chef. This is also one of the few places that has a magazine section.
The menu is fairly simple and straight forward with a handful of breakfast and lunch options. They also offer $10 gourmet toasties which are a bit pricey in my opinion. A full range of beverages is also available with coffees, hot chocolates, teas and juices.

The decor is modern and conservative with a nice open plan kitchen area. The store is deceptively spacious as a seat count indicates that it can fit 30. There is plenty of natural light that flows through it’s frontage giving this place a casual relaxed feel.

For breakfast, I had the Asparagus, Smoked Salmon and Poached Egg. The dish was ready after a 15 minute wait and was nicely presented.
The asparagus was well blanched, the eggs poached perfectly, and the smoked salmon was smooth and silky in texture. The dish was topped with what appeared to be crushed garlic bread. It was quite nice and made the dish well balanced.

The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Drinks arrived promptly and the meal arrived shortly after. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing ranges from average to above average depending on what you get. My dish was $17.90 which I thought was slightly above average. For that price, I would have expected something a bit more substantial. Mind you, it was very well executed.
