Whisk Patisserie is set in a nice historical building just off the tram stop on Goodwood Road. The decor is basic with a few modern touches here and there. Behind the counter, they have a selection of premade meal options as well as your sweet and savoury items. Here for the sweet stuff, I took note of the cakes, flans, tortes, tarts and croissants that they had.

Nothing seemed to really jump out at me when I was making my selection, but in the end I ordered their Raspberry Vanilla Cream Tart. This was one of the best tarts I’ve ever had! The cream had a nice smooth thick consistency and you could taste the hint of vanilla. The raspberry jam had a subtle sweetness and the pastry was firm and crumbly. It was pretty good.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing is reasonable at this place. The tart was $3.40 which was spare change for a small taste of heaven. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here.
