When one sushi place closes on James Place, another one opens. The new player in the sushi game is Miyabi Sushi. The decor here is modern and contemporary with nice use of earth tones in the form of timber facades. The full length mirror across the bar seating area gives this place a sense of space. The food selection is limited with only individual sushi rolls and sushi packs available.
Today, I ordered the Cooked Tuna and Grilled Salmon sushi rolls. The tuna inside the Cooked Tuna sushi was mixed with mayonnaise, and was soft and moist without having any pungent smells. The avocado was soft and delicate, and simply melted in your mouth.

The Grilled Salmon sushi had a generous amount of salmon. The salmon was fried until it was nice and crispy, and the spring onion within the sushi gave it more depth.

The sushi rice was perfectly cooked in both pieces of sushi, with nice firm individual grains. The seaweed wrapping was a of a good quality, and each sushi was nicely put together.
The staff were friendly and the service was good. The sushi was nice, but I would have preferred more choice on their menu.

Nice pics ! Look really nice and authentic =)
These sushi stores are all over the place where I live. This place just makes them better than others.
Their sushi is very different from other places. Fresh, tasty and reasonable price !
