Mansfield Park is not the most desirable of suburbs, but with all the new housing redevelopments, things are looking up in the area. Among all of the houses, are a few suburban shops that can be considered hidden gems. One of them is He Sheng BBQ. They make amazing Peking Duck. The ducks are a decent size, well marinated and freshly cooked. Just the smell of the place is enough to draw you in.

A Peking Duck will set you back $26, which is a bit more expensive than your roast chook from your local chicken shop. I usually take a duck home and make Peking Duck Pancakes. Carve off the skin with some meat attached, add green onion and hoisin sauce and wrap it in a pancake. I’m salivating just thinking about it. The remaining duck meat can be used to make a noodle stir fry and the bones can be used for a soup.
For Peking Duck, look no further than this place. I love it!
