Pulteney Pizza Bar is a small pizza store located on the corner of Pulteney and Gilles Streets. The decor here is basic and there is seating for 30 people; 18 on the inside and 12 on the outside. The staff are very friendly and the service is pretty good. The pricing here is slightly higher than what I would expect from a pizza bar. Not as cheap as the pizza chains, but on par with restaurants that have pizza on their menu.

The order of the night was a Pizza with the Lot. The pizza was freshly made and arrived 20 minutes after ordering. The pizza toppings were fresh and the Napolitana sauce used on the pizza base was some of the best I’ve had. The crust was thin, but not wafer like. It was of a nice consistent thickness throughout and was perfectly cooked.

The pizza was delicious and I was impressed. Will keep them in mind when I have pizza cravings in the future.
