After a night out for dinner, it was dessert time at the American Candy Stand. This cosy little place is certainly well decorated and offers all your American treats.

Tonight, I went halves on a Lemon Whoopie. It’s not a cookie and it’s not a cake, but something in between. The biscuit part of the Whoopie was chewy in texture and the cream filling was light and not too sweet. Certainly an experience, but something I won’t have again.

I probably will want to go back there in the future, particularly to try some of their American dishes.
