Tiffany Thai is a real hidden gem. Located on Gouger Street, amongst other Thai restaurants, this cosy little cafe offers all your traditional Thai dishes. The staff here are friendly and inviting, and the service was exceptional. Menus were provided as soon as I walked in, and water for the table was provided as I sat down.

I was here to check out the lunch specials that were on offer. I ordered the Green Chicken Curry which was under $9! The meal arrived 15 minutes after ordering and was nicely presented. The first thing that came to my attention was the size of the bowl. The serving was huge and about four times the volume of the rice provided. No complaints here!

The Green Chicken Curry was delicious! Chicken breast was used and there was plenty of it. The chicken was tender and juicy, and perfectly cooked. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, and had spent sufficient time soaking up the juices. The curry sauce was full of flavour and of the perfect consistency. The sugar content in the curry was spot on, and there was just the right amount of kick to cause a few beads of sweat to run down my forehead.

I could not find any fault with this place. The quality of the food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed. It even gets a tick in the box for value for money. I’m so full from my lunch I’m going to be having a light dinner tonight. I love this place!
