Koba Korean BBQ

The inside of Koba is certainly a contrast to what you see on the outside. The owners have done a great job renovating the interior to what could be described as traditional with a contemporary feel about it. The light fittings, the seating areas, the built-in cooking stoves make it traditional while see through kitchen and clean lines of the restaurant give it that modern touch.

When entering the restaurant I was greeted by friendly staff who escorted me to my table. I did notice smudges on the table I was sitting at and no napkins were provided, but as a whole the restaurant was well presented. I ordered the Bulgogi Stone Pot Bibimbap. The meal came out after a 15 minute wait and was delicious! The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The rice was well cooked. The meat was marinated to perfection. The serving size was just right.

This place is priced slightly higher than other places but the quality of the ingredients and the restaurant atmosphere make it worth a visit.
