Milano Cucina is located down at the quieter end of Hutt Street inside the Channel 10 building. The décor is contemporary with your standard commercial fittings. The menu is inspired by the northern Italian region however there is an Australian influence within.
Tonight, we ordered the Margherita Pizza. The dish was ready 15 minutes after ordering and it looked as it should. The pizza had a nice rich tomato base which was evenly spread. The mozzarella cheese was nicely browned but a bit conservatively applied. The base had a nice consistent thickness, however, the crust was a bit thick for my liking. It was good but nothing to write home about.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. The atmosphere was relaxed but there were hardly any people here at the time of eating. The pricing is average for an Italian restaurant.
