If you want fast and cheap Korean food, Seoul Express is the place to go. Located in Southern Cross Arcade, this is one of the few Korean takeaway stores that I am aware of. There is a sufficient number of dishes to choose from, all with pretty pictures to see what you’re getting.

On this particular occasion I ordered the Bulgogi on a hot plate. Accompanied with a big plate of steamed rice, the amount of Bulgogi was generous. The beef was tender and marinated well, the vegetables were fresh and the heat from the hot plate reminded me of cooking at a Korean BBQ. The meal was restaurant quality and very satisfying.

This Korean takeaway store is really a hidden gem in the Southern Cross Arcade. For fast, cheap and restaurant quality Korean food, I definitely recommend you check this place out.
