Anh’s Snack Bar Cafe is located in a small shopping complex on Findon Road. Their main seller is their Vietnamese rolls with half a dozen fillings on offer. They also offer cold rolls, rice noodles, fried rice, noodle soup and a small selection of snacks and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The venue itself looks a bit dated, and there are a few tables inside and out should you choose to dine in.
For lunch, I ordered the Roast Pork Roll. The roll was made on the spot and was ready in less than 5 minutes after ordering.
The roast pork was well marinated with a good proportion of meat and crunchy skin. The hardness of the skin was just right and didn’t require any trips to the dentist. The coriander was fresh and the pickled carrot was sweet and tangy. The cucumber added a crunchy texture and the chilli had nice bite. The pate base in the roll was considerably generous and added plenty of depth. The roll was crusty on the outside, and nice and soft in the middle.
The staff were very friendly and the service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing was very reasonable. The cost of the roll was $5 which was good value considering how tasty and well executed it was.
This place is a hidden gem out in Woodville South. I’ll be sure to visit this place again.

Be careful very addictive in the best way have fallin in love with the chicken curry mmm. Roast pork roll very fresh .but oh my god u have to try the dim sims the best in the west. With a little soy sauce yum! I haven’t really tried any thing else put the pork dumpling soup very good too .I always say lucky husband to have a such a great cook.
