Berry Spoon is located on the revitalised Bank Street and has been around for just over 9 months. Their main seller is their 98% fat free frozen yoghurt, but they also offer toasted sandwiches, hot dogs, smoothies, coffee and a small range of sweet and savoury snacks. Like other froyo stores, this place offers 29 different toppings which vary from fresh fruits to premium quality ingredients.

The place has a modern funky style about it, particularly with the plastic glass light fittings. Most of their clientele are take away customers, however there are several bar stools along the window and a few seats outside should you wish to dine in. The store is well lit, however there is plenty of natural light flowing through its floor to ceiling windows.

Today, I ordered the Berry Frozen Yoghurt. The frozen yoghurt was smooth, velvety and creamy with a subtle sweetness from the berries. The assorted fruit toppings complemented the yoghurt well.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was very good. The store attendant was very knowledgeable about all the products on offer and was happy to make suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing was reasonable. A single flavoured regular tub of frozen yoghurt with 3 toppings will set you back $5.80 which represents good value when compared to other places.
When I’m up for a healthy frozen treat on a warm Summer day, I certainly know where I’ll be going!

I’ve been there yesterday and the taste was excellent comparing to other shop. The price also cheaper than others. I give them 10 out of 10. Well done.
