Teaz is a sushi and bubble tea store located in the Myer Centre Food Court. There is a decent selection of sushi here with many of the popular varieties.

Today, I ordered the Salmon and Avocado Sushi. The salmon was fresh and the avocado was soft and delicate. The rice was a bit firm which indicated it was made a few hours earlier. The seaweed wrapping was of a good quality.

The staff were friendly and the service was fast and efficient. The cost of the sushi was $2.90 which is slightly more than what their competitors charge, but the quality made up for it.
