Bliss Pizzeria is located on Melbourne Street in North Adelaide. The decor is basic, and typical of your suburban pizza joint. The owner of the store is really friendly and helpful, and is happy to go through the 29 pizza options and decide which one is best for you. All the pizzas are cooked in a wood oven and come in one size, which is 13 inches.
In the end, I decided to go for the Petra pizza; tomato, mushroom, prosciutto and mozzarella. The pizza dough was ready made and my pizza was ready and served within 10 minutes. The presentation was nice, although the pizza wasn’t a perfect circle. That’s to be expected with hand made pizza bases. The pizza was delicious and there was a reasonable amount of topping. The ingredients were fresh and of a high quality, and the tomato base contained no sugar which made it simply divine. The crust was light, thin and crispy, and all the ingredients really worked well together.

The pricing here is more than reasonable considering you’re getting a decent sized gourmet quality pizza. They don’t go over board with too many toppings on their pizzas and the topping combination really works. Further more, you don’t feel bloated and thirsty after eating here. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was exceptional. I’ve never met a guy (the owner) who is so passionate about making pizzas.
The pizzas here are heavenly Bliss! That is all!
