As far as Sushi Train franchises go, I think this one is one of the best. The store is modern and spacious, and the customer turnover is high which means the sushi is fresher. The place is amazingly popular. There was a line up the whole time we were there and even when we walked past this place a few hours later, there will still a line up.
The sushi here is pretty good. The sushi rice is soft and moist. The vegetables are fresh. The chicken they use is moist and freshly cooked. The tuna, I thought, was a bit off in colour, but the staff assured me it was fresh. I couldn’t tell the difference in taste, but at the end of the day, it was all good.

The staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The pricing is on par with other sushi train stores, but the difference in quality is noticeable at this store. There was a line up to pay at the end of it, which I thought was a bit slow. They also have a VIP program where you get one point for every $2 spent. A quick calculation suggested it wasn’t worth being a member.
Definitely one of the better Sushi Train stores in Adelaide.
