A new hole in the wall patisserie has just opened up in the Central Markets. Started from the winners of My Kitchen Rules, it appears to be a franchise that will see many new stores open across the state.

The desserts on offer didn’t look that great to me. I ordered the Triple Chocolate Dome and had to take it home to eat it as there was no seating. The presentation was OK, but I noticed cracks in the white chocolate exterior.

The dessert itself was nice. White chocolate on the outside, surrounded by small chocolate shards. Inside was 3 types of chocolate mouse on top of a sponge base. It was all chocolate so it was all good.

Not the best dessert place I’ve been to, but worth a visit if you’re in the area.
