When it comes to fancy state of the art desserts, you really can’t look past Dolce & Co. With dessert moulds costing up to $40K to make and patented dessert designs, the desserts are like components and are individually put together. The sweets at Dolce & Co are beautifully presented and artistic. This is also reflected in their pricing. The store is small and can only fit about a dozen people.
Today I ordered the Refresher. It’s a citrus sponge with lime curd and mousse and a velvet spray. The sponge was light and fluffy and you could taste the sourness of the citrus. The lime in the curd and mousse slightly contrasted with the citrus but ultimately the combination seemed to work.
