Conveniently located close to Glenelg beach, the Watermark Glenelg is well known for its all you can eat buffet. The price point is similar to other buffet places like Charlie’s Diner or Fresh Choice. The quality of the food is sadly more miss than hit. The venue at times is understaffed. It usually take quite some time for plates to be cleared.

I used to come here was I was younger when the food was actually a lot better. These days, the dishes are a lot simpler and the quality is lacking. This is likely done to maintain profits. After all, why run a business if you’re not making money?

The atmosphere is definitely relaxed, and when it comes to value for money for vast choices and quantities of food, this is the place to be. When I’m married and have kids who are fussy eaters, this is the place I’ll go. While the food is not great, there’s definitely something for everyone here.
